DMX Sent Back To Prison For 1 Year For Felony Probation Violation....	Permalink

DMX has been sentenced to one year in jail after pleading guilty to felony probation violation. Judge Christine Mulleneaux told X, “substance abuse issues are at the root of this problem,” according to the Pheonix New Times. Dark Man reportedly tested positive for cocaine five times between his July 2010 release from Maricopa County jails and his November 18 arrest. “Your criminal history goes back to 1988. It’s going to continue until you take care of your mental health,” Judge Mulleneaux told the rapper. The former top selling artist just can’t seem to get it together no matter how many times he is sent to jail. He said he did his best this time, but failed. “I did make the effort that I could, and I appreciate any help you can give me,” X said prior to sentencing. As he was lead from the court, DMX reportedly smiled. Probably a smile to hide tears of pain. __________________
