Dancehall artiste Rodney Price known as Bounty Killer returned to court yesterday to face judgment on the alleged assault and wounding charges brought against him by his girlfriend.

The entertainer's passport was seized as part of his bail condition when he was offered $500,000 bail on November 27, 2010 on a charge of unlawful wounding.

The charge stemmed from his arrest in September following an alleged incident at his Oaklands apartment in Kingston, where he reportedly attacked his 19-year-old lover, Raquel Smith using a hammer, a gold chain and mosquito zapper to beat her.

Reports are that the case was thrown out and Killer only left with a warning, efforts to contact Bounty killer has been unsuccessful.

However there might be a good excuse for the “Grung Gaad” not wanting to speak to the media rumor has it that he is in mourning because one of his sisters has died no one seems to know the details on what happened but if something like that really took place the family sends their condolences.
