The trial of Head of the Fellowship Tabernacle, Reverend Al Miller, is scheduled to begin on Tuesday in the Corporate Area Criminal Court.
Reverend Miller is to be tried on charges of attempting to pervert the course of justice and being an accessory after the fact, after he was found in the company of former Tivoli Gardens strongman, Christopher 'Dudus' Coke, in June of last year.
When contacted on Monday night, Reverend Miller said he will be represented by attorneys Wentworth Charles and Leslie Campbell.
Investigators had claimed that the well-known pastor tried to elude them when they spotted him with the then fugitive, in St. Catherine.
The cops said he disobeyed their signal to stop his vehicle along the Spanish Town leg of Highway 2000, and they had to force the vehicle off the road along the Mandela Highway.
Reverend Miller claimed he was taking Mr. Coke to the American Embassy in Kingston, so that he could surrender to US officials.
