police last night imposed six curfews in St Catherine: three in the St Catherine South Police Division and three in the St Catherine North Police Division.
During the hours of the curfews, all persons within their boundaries are required to remain within their premises unless otherwise authorised in writing by the members of the security forces in charge of enforcing the curfews.
St Catherine South
Three curfews began at 7:00 last night and will remain in effect until 6:00 pm tomorrow. The areas under curfew are:
Rat Town, Waterford
The boundaries of this curfew are as follows:
NORTH along a gully from Shenton Avenue to the Western boundary;SOUTH along a dirt track from the Western boundary to Shenton Avenue;EAST along Shenton Avenue from the dirt track to the gully; andWEST along an imaginary line from the gully to the dirt track.
Big Lane, Central Village
The boundaries of this curfew are as follows:
NORTH along an imaginary line from Big Lane to the New Testament Church of God;SOUTH along the Rio Cobre river bank from Big Lane to an imaginary line leading from the New Testament Church of God to the river;EAST along Big Lane from the imaginary line leading from the New Testament Church of God to the Rio Cobre river bank; andWEST along an imaginary line from the New Testament Church of God to the Rio Cobre River.
Reid’s Pen, Braeton
The boundaries of this curfew are as follows:
NORTH along Cressa Lane from Oleander Drive to the Dirt Road onto Violet Close;SOUTH along McPherson Drive from the Dirt Road leading onto Violet Close to Oleander Drive;EAST along the Dirt Road onto Violet Drive from Cressa Lane to McPherson Drive; andWEST along Oleander Drive from McPherson Drive to Cressa Lane.

The boundaries of this curfew are as follows:
NORTH along an imaginary line at Dela Vega City playing field from Port Henderson Road to Salt Pond Road;SOUTH along the Spanish Town Bypass from Port Henderson Road to Salt Pond Road;EAST along Port Henderson Road from Dela Vega City playing field to the Spanish Town Bypass; andWEST along Salt Pond Road from the Spanish Town Bypass to Dela Vega City playing field.
Railway Premises/Dallas Lane, Spanish Town
The boundaries of this curfew are as follows:
NORTH along Burke Road from the intersection of Salt Pond Road to the intersection of lower Oxford Road;SOUTH along the Spanish Town Bypass from the intersection of Salt Pond Road to the intersection of Oxford Road;EAST along Salt Pond Road from the intersection of Burke Road to the intersection of the Spanish Town Bypass; andWEST along Oxford Road from the intersection of Burke Road to the intersection of the Spanish Town Bypass.
March Pen, Spanish Town
The boundaries of this curfew are as follows:
NORTH along Spanish Town Bypass between Dunbeholden Road and March Pen Road;SOUTH along an imaginary line between Dunbeholden Road to 76 March Pen Road;EAST along Dunbeholden Road between Spanish Town Bypass and the overhead bridge; andWEST along March Pen Road between the Spanish Town Bypass and the southern boundary.
