British Prime Minister David Cameron has sparked fury among British MPs by unveiling a 650-million-pound aid programme and agreeing to pass bomb technology to Pakistan to patch up links with the Asian country.

Cameron, who was on a one-day visit to Pakistan on Tuesday, used the occasion to announce a handsome amount of 650 million pounds in education aid to the country, and talked about taking steps for increasing bilateral trade to 350 billion rupees per year by 2015.

The British side also offered to cooperate with Pakistan and the United States in establishing a centre of excellence in Peshawar that would impart training in detection and forensic investigation of improvised explosive devices (IEDs) as well as bomb disposal, the Dawn reported.

However, British Member of Parliaments (MPs) warned of a risk to British soldiers' lives if Pakistan's premier spy agency Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) passed equipment and training to the Taliban, Mirror.co.uk reports.

The Tories were angry as Pakistan is blowing one billion pounds on six new submarines, while the UK suffers cuts.

Cameron defended the 650-million-pound aid, saying that it would let four million more children go to school in Pakistan.

However, Tory MP Philip Davies said: "If they can afford subs, they can afford education."   kmt dem a mek cuts pan things like education fi mek damn submarine kmtfoolishness dat yaw man..
