She's still head and shoulders wackier than the rest!
Lady Gaga let her freak flag fly at Sunday's Grammy Awards in L.A. After arriving at the ceremony encased in a giant egg (all the better to "incubate" before her live performance), the superstar hit the stage to sing "Born This Way" for the first time in front of an audience.

While her latex Thierry Mugler by Nicola Formichetti ensemble was eye-catching enough, Grammy viewers were startled by the 24-year-old's new alien-esque features: Lady Gaga showed off prosthetic horns on her forehead -- as well as her shoulders!
The singer, who wore giant reindeer antlers back in February 2010, hasn't yet explained the inspiration behind the horns.

Still, when she accepted a Grammy onstage, she named an unlikely musical icon: Whitney Houston!

"I wanted to thank Whitney, because when I wrote 'Born this Way,' I imagined she was singing it -- because I wasn't secure enough in myself to imagine i was a superstar," Gaga said of the "I Will Always Love You" singer, 46.
