Two female students of the Ascot High School in St Catherine are now hospitalised in critical condition after they were mowed down by a motorcar a shortly before 3 p.m. near the Portmore Mall in St Catherine.

The driver of the car identified as Lloyd Reid of Bridgeport address in Portmore died on the spot, while the sole passenger in his Toyota Corolla motor car has been hospitalised.
