Sligoville resident Prince Charles Williams was given a two-year sentence for house breaking and larceny in the Spanish Town Resident Magistrate's Court yesterday.
When Williams appeared before Resident Magistrate Marcia Dunbar-Green, his record revealed that he was serving a two year suspended sentence when he committed the offence.
The Crown led evidence that on February 6, the complainant locked his house and left it. Sometime later, he reportedly got information that men were seen at his house. The complainant reported the matter to the police and was accompanied to the house where Williams was caught inside.
He was subsequently charged with house breaking and larceny. He pleaded guilty to the offence.
